For My Margarita Amiga Sweet Card With Joy Clair

Hello crafty friends,
Today I am sharing another card I created with the new SPICY LIKE THAT digital set from Joy Clair. I created a total of 4 cards. I will post the others at the bottom of my post so you can go to each post for details on them. Be sure to head over to Joy Clair and pick up this wonderfully fun set!

This card is an A2 top folding card base made with a country blue cardstock. I then cut a mat from some Bazzil bling Lavender. I layered my digital card front design onto that.

Here is a look at the digital card front I designed (minus the watermark).
I printed it with my regular inkjet printer.

Here's a closer look at the top of the sweet margarita. I used some Neuvo Drops for the wavy lines for the "drink" it doesn't really translate on the photo but it is like a thin shiny line to give the appearance of liquid. You can also see that I used some Stickles around the rim of the drink for the "salt".

Here's another shot of the cute little cup to show the sweet face. After I printed it out, I added some pink chalk for the cheeks and then a little dot for the shine spot on her cheek.

Here's a closer look at the sentiment. I again used some Neuvo Drops for the little dots on each side of the sentiment. Again, it doesn't really show the dimension and shine on the photo.

Of course these days, no Melinda card would be complete without a spattering of sequins :-).

Here is the complete digital set.
Joy Clair is donating 50% of the proceeds from the sale of this set to Feed America. So please be sure to head over and purchase this set today.

Check out the other projects I created with this Spicy-licious set!

As always, thank you so much for stopping by and sharing your crafty time with me. Until the next time, have a wonderfully crafty day!
