Easter Egg Dew Drop Card

Hello crafty friends!
Hope your week has been going well! It’s my turn to share here at the Robin’s Nest and so this is what I came up with.

I made this colorful and fun card featuring a dew drop egg!  The egg was created with the Sprinkles Mini Dew Drop set. My finished card size is an A2. It is a white cardstock base and is top folding. I then used some yellow, white, lavender and green cardstock. The patterned papers are from the Doodlebug Bunnyville paper pad.




I created this egg template in my Pazzles craft cutter software. I then created the corresponding scalloped mat. I actually printed out the egg template as I made the outlines a very light gray. This gave me a pattern to go by to put the dew drops on. I used the mini dew drops from the Sprinkles Mini Dew Drop Set. Once I finished setting all of the dew drops I adhered the finished egg to the scalloped mat.


I also added a border of some of the same dew drops to the top border of my card.



I added a fun little sentiment and a bow with some seam binding.


For the bottom of the card, I simply added a few little banners.
