Father's Day Cricut-Digi Stamp Card

Hello Crafters!

Hope you're having a Wonderful Wednesday! Thanks for stopping by to get some inspiration!

I am sharing a quick card I made. Perfect for Father's Day. I think I will be giving this one to my brother.
So, as far as "Cricut"ing goes, there is only one element on here from our "bodacious bug". The branch die cut is from the Serenade cartridge. I cut it in brown cardstock and then put some Cinnamon Stickles on it. I designed the sentiment. That is the FREE digi stamp I referred to. Just sign up for my newsletter and I will send the link to download it in the newsletter.

(Be sure to remove spaces and put a dot instead of spelling out dot-those naughty spammers :-(

For the rest of the card, I cuttlebugged the tan paper, ink distressed it. You really can't see in the picture but I inked the brown and moss paper edges with some gold. That gave it some nice character. Anyway, hope you like it. Quick, easy and ready to roll!

Cupcake Box-Cricut and Template

Hello everyone,

Here is a cute Cupcake Box project I made. using the following items:

Cupcake Box: Cutting File (WPC, GSD, SVG)
Cricut Cartridges: Mini Monograms and Celebrations
MS Border Punch: Cupcake Border
EK Success Punch: Daisy Border

View of Top.

I used the Mini Monograms cartridge to cut out the scallop frame. I cut out a piece of transparency and sandwhiched it between the scallop and the top of the box. That way when you open the box, you don't see the mechanics on the inside.

I used the Celebrations Cartridge to cut out the tag, the word Celebrate and the cupcake. I inked the cupcake pieces with Lime Pastel, Orchid Pastel and Amber Clay Chalk Inks.

I used the MS Cupcake border punch and the EK Success Daisy border punch to create the borders around the box.

Finally, I used some Lavendar Liquid Pearls and some StarDust Stickles to create the pearl drops and the glittery effect on the letters of Celebrate and the frosting of the cupcake.

Cutesicle Cricut Layout

Good morning all,
Here is a layout I did for a kit that I am releasing. It also fit perfectly into the current Pink Elephant layout challenge #9. This was for summer themed layouts.
I used the following cartridge(s) to complete:
Nursery Rhymes: Title lettering
While I didn't use Doodlecharms for the popsicles, that would have been a great alternative.
The monkey and popsicles are my own original designs.
If you're interested in the kit, just head over to my webstore, HERE

Here is a view of the entire layout.
Here is a side by side shot of the popsicle with the shimmer chalk. You can see the one on the left has the shimmer and the other one is plain. It really adds a nice touch to your die cuts. It just doesn't photograph strongly.
Here is a closeup shot of the monkey looking more "Boyish".
Here is the SAME monkey. I just added more blush to it's cheeks, with a dot of "sparkle", eyelashes and a bow. This was to make it look more "girly". Oh yeah, when I scanned the "boy" version in, I forgot his tail...oops.
This layout was well suited for the Pink Elephant "Summer" layout challenge! Stop by the Pink Elephant and Check it out.
Thanks for stopping by!
Don't forget to become a blog follower and sign up for my newsletter! I am going to start sending out weekly email updates with subscriber only info, including some free cut files and digi stamps....YEAH!

My Heart BEE longs To You Layout

Good morning all!
Here is a layout I have been working on. I used the following cartridges to complete it:
Create A Critter
Robotz
Forever Young
All the little bumble bees and the nest were cut from the Create a Critter cartridge. The "BEE" letters in the title were cut from the Robotz cartridge. The larger bumble bee is my own creation. Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a "Honey" of a day!
Here is a view of the entire layout.
Here is a close up view of the larger bumble bee paper piecing.
The larger bumble bee and heart are my own original designs.

The little bumble bees and nest came from Create A Critter.
I changed the facial features a bit.

Closeup of "BEE" title. Letters cut from Robotz Cartridge.
Flowers are from the Forever Young Cartridge.
The white borders are from a MS border punch. I used the negatives from the punch for the little white flowers around the little bees.

For those that are interested, this is going to be a kit. You can visit HERE to purchase. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!
