One In A Melon Card

Good evening all,

I just came across this blog! Jitterbuggin' Challenge. Yeah another Cricut challenge blog! They have a challenge that ends tonight! The challenge was to use:

Their sketch, Black, plaid and a cricut cut of some type of food. I decided to do this really quick card! I will look forward to their next challenge!
Here is their sketch
Here is my take on it.
I used the following:
Black- The black mats and the sentiment is in black
Plaid - That's obvious :-)
Cricut Food Cut - The watermelon slice is from the Just Because Cartridge.
Thanks for stopping by :-)

Garden Bunny Card

Good afternoon everyone,
Here is my submission for this week's Pile It On Challenge. (PIO) challenge. It is a little late as like most of you, I had a crazy busy weekend. But this week's challenge was VEGGIES. So here is my take. I created this "Digital Stamp" and colored it in with my Copics. After I colored it in, I cut it out and used pop dots to give it some dimension. Please be sure to stop by PIO and check out all the other neat projects from the Design Team this week :-) Click HERE

I realize this project doesn't have anything "bug" related on it. But I still wanted to share it with you. I am working on some new projects that include our "bodacious bug", so please stay tuned! Thanks for stopping by :-)

Challenges this project applies to:
PIO - Veggies
Mojo Mondays - Sketch
Penny's Challenge - Fruit & Veggies
Polka Doodles - Sewing/Stitching

Baby Shower Giraffe Layout

Here is the project I did for a couple challenges.
Here is a closeup of the Umbrella Title.
The Umbrellas are from Pooh and Friends
The Lettering is from Songbird
The Flowers are from Forever Young
Here is a close up shot of the Shower title.
The Frames are from Doodletype.
The Lettering is from Simply Sweet
The Flowers are from Forever Young
Okay now for the Giraffe.
I am SO STINKIN' Happy with how he turned out :-)

He was NOT made with Design Studio
He was NOT made with an SVG file or anything like that.
He is STRAIGHT CRICUT ONLY!
YEP, That's right he is all from Cricut. Better yet...
HE is from ONE Cartridge. Oh and
HE IS NOT FROM GEORGE EITHER!

Sassy N' Sweet Layout

Good afternoon all,
Here is my project for this week's challenge over at PIO ( Pile it on). This week's sponsor is Some Odd Girl Digital Designs. You need to hop on over to Some Odd Girl and check out all of their really neat digi stamps. This is only the second project I have ever done with a digi stamp and I love it :-) This is also the first digi stamp that I colored with my new Copic Markers. I just love them too!!!

The flowers are from the Paisley Cricut Cartridge and the Sassy and Sweet titles are from the Paisley cartridge as well. The outer edge is a MS border punch set. Hope you enjoy!
Here is the sketch I followed for my layout inspiration. It came from SOUS (Stuck On Sketches). This is for their challenge this week! Visit them HERE
Close up of the Some Odd Girl Digi Stamp. I pop dotted her for extra dimension. That way when I finally put some photos on this layout, they will slide easily underneath her :-)
Okay so here are the challenges this project applies to:
PIO - Out of the box. Digi Stamp and Copic Coloring
SOUS- Sketch for layout
HFOS - Get Your Shine On
Ooh La La - Bright and Cheerful
Sew Many Challenges - Anything Goes
Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderfully blessed day!
