Hello crafty friends!
I am back again with another fun card featuring the RGStudio360.com Monstrously Awesome stamp set. Here is my card.
I used the set to create my little monster as well as the background. The base is an A2 top folding base made from some Powdered Sugar stock. I then added a mat of the Black Taffy Sugar Stock.
I used all various versions of the eyeballs to create that background. I did this digitally and then printed it out. Easy peasy.
Here's a closer look at my guy. The set is a lot of fun as it has a variety of faces, mouths and noses so you can personalize your monster! Mounted my guy onto a rectangle scalloped mat I cut from one of my dies.
Here's a closer look at the title. I tried to carefully color in the various letters with a variety of colors. I did use my Shin Han markers as they have the bullet point versus my Copics. You can also see that I added a little bit of detailing with my white gel pen.
I added a strip of ribbon and a large brad I have had in my stash....FOR...EV...ER!!! I mean like upwards of 7-8 years...That's right...no exaggeration. They are from Bazzill and they were from their Bazzill Wings brad line.
Here is one last look at my completed card. I think it turned out super fun! It could be for valentine's, but would also be suitable for other occasions just by changing the sentiment.
