Hello crafty friends,
Today I am sharing a fun card I created with the RGStudio360.com Monstrously Awesome stamp set release from last week. It is such a fun little set. Perfect for Valentine's day as well as birthdays and other fun craft projects.
My card is an A2, top folding card base. I started with their Tangy Apple Sugar Stock. I then cut a mat from some Powdered Sugar Stock and cut that at 4 x 5.25. Next, I layered the Stripe Oddle Stamp image onto the mat.
I then turned to the Monstrously Awesome stamp set and created my two little guys. The set contains a variety of facial features and other images so you can get very creative. After I decided on the features of my Monsters, I colored them in.
I fussy cut them out and then layered them onto my background.
For the sentiment, I decided to add some eye balls next to the rest of the words to create a rebus type sentiment.
For the final touch, I added some ribbon, twine and a button. I decided to tuck the little monster under the ribbon for a little extra visual interest.
