FREE SVG & Video Rinea Foiled Paper Side Step Card

Hello crafty friends,
Happy Friday! What a week! I am so glad to be heading into the weekend! Today I am over on the Rinea blog sharing this pretty side step card I created featuring a cute stamp from Rita Barakat along with some gorgeous, always make my projects extra special, Rinea foiled paper.
Here's a look at my completed card. It is a side step card. Visit my YouTube Channel for the process video and link to the FREE SVG file.

I started by creating the base and cutting it out with some white cardstock.  I then used some plain black cardstock for the base mat.  From there I used some of the beautiful Lavender Glossy Foiled paper. I ran it through my die cut machine with an embossing folder to create the beautiful texture.
I then used the Rita Barakat Sweetie Stamp and stamped it with some light gray ink. I colored her in with my various Copic markers and some of my Tombow Fine Point Markers.

I then created the sentiment and printed it out and then cut it out with a circle punch. I created and cut the scallop and used some more of the Blush Starstruck foiled paper for the mat. I used some foam tape to give it a little lift.

I topped off the bottom with a bow using some organza ribbon in my stash....GASP you mean it's not seam binding ribbon?!!!  I know, these days almost all my projects come with seam binding....WHY you ask?  Quite simple. I bought a big o'l roll on Amazon and am determined to get my money's worth...lol!

Here's a closer view of one of the cute little flowers I created and cut from some more of the Violet Starstruck foiled paper. For the leaves, I used the  Jade Starstruck foiled paper. I finished off the flowers by adding a pearl to the centers.

Here is one last look at my completed card. I think it turned out really cute and hope the recipient will think so too!
