Terrific TuesDIES #4 Lucky Friend Card

Happy Terrific TuesDIE crafty friends!
Today I am sharing my 4th Terrific TuesDIES post for Cheapo Dies with you. Here is my card.

cheapo dies clover card
Here’s a look at my finished card. It is a standard a2 size. I started with a Kraft cardstock base. I then used a piece of white cardstock for a mat. The pretty patterned papers are from the Kaisercraft 6x6 Provincial pad.

Here’s a closer look at the star of the show… This pretty clover shape. I love that it comes with two dies. This way you can cut the clover out as one sold piece and the flourish separately. I cut the clover shape out with some of that pretty Kaisercraft paper. I then cut out the flourish center from plain white cardstock and then used my Bronze metallic sharpie marker to color it and give it that Bronze shimmer. I layered the clover on top of a couple of circle mats and then used the cross stitch circle die for the base. I added some foam tape underneath the clover and the circle mat to give them some lift.

Here’s a closer look at the sentiment. It was a cutout that came with the paper pad. I just trimmed it down a bit to fit into the cute little tag. I love that the little tag has stitching as well.

Here’s just a closer look at the pretty papers. The green one has a bit of gloss to the pattern. You can also see here, that I used my Pesto Versamagic Dew Drop to ink the edges of the papers (except the white and kraft).
