Today I am sharing a quick post featuring a card I created for the Die Cuts With A View February Stackaholic Challenge. Be sure to head over to their blog and join the fun! So here is my card:
I used the new DCWV Cartographer Paper Stack.
I have to say; I wasn’t so enthused with stack when I first saw it. I am not much of a traveler. BUT once I opened it up and looked through, I was inspired. The challenge is to use the sketch they provided.
Here is the sketch.
Here is a closer look at the sentiment. I designed the card with my Pazzles and cut out all the papers. I then embossed the sentiment.
Here’s what the cut looks like right off the mat. Love my Pazzles. Cuts fabulously!

Hello crafty friends!
Today I am sharing my second post for the Paper House Productions design team. I got the opportunity to work with the fantastic Southwest Adventure Paper Crafting Kit. I decided to create scrapbook layout. It showcases my beautiful niece Taylor. Here is what I came up with.
Here’s a closer look at the pretty Mosaic Butterfly stickers. I adhered them to some Kraft cardstock. I fussy cut them out of the Kraft cardstock and then used some foam tape to give them some lift. I sprinkled a few sequins around them for a little extra touch.
Here are the feathers I created and cut out. I dipped the tips in some gold glitter. I added one of the colored feathers from the cardstock sticker set included in the kit.
Here’s a closer look at one of the cardstock sticker sayings. I love all the different stickers and sentiments on the sheet.
I used one of the journal cards that is on one side of printed paper. I cut the sentiment out and used some foam tape to give it a little lift.
Here’s a closer look at one of the journaling cardstock stickers. I left it blank so my niece could write her thoughts.
One last look at the completed layout. This layout features a picture of my beautiful niece Taylor. She is such a free spirit and marches to the beat of her own drum. This kit was the perfect choice to compliment her picture.

I am super thrilled to share my first post with you as part of the Paper House Productions design team! I was so very honored to have been chosen to be on the team.
For my first task, I was assigned to work with one of the new paper crafting kits, the Baby Girl Paper Crafting Kit. This kit is perfect for creating sweet, colorful layouts for your most precious memories.
Here’s a look at my Scrapbook Layout.
My wonderful BFF allowed me to use a picture of her precious great-grand baby. She was the perfect model to showcase the fun products in this kit.
The kit features 9 Double Sided Printed Papers, 1 12x12 Sheet of Cardstock Stickers and 1 set of 3 Dimensional Puffy Stickers!
Here’s a closer look at some of the darling puffy stickers included with the kit. I just love the look and feel of these stickers. They are like the little dough boy….you just have to touch them!!!
Here’s a closer look at another one of the puffy stickers. I chose to use it as a center to my little cut file flowers.
Here’s a look at the little half circle I put in the corner. I combined a couple of the cardstock stickers to create the cute layers.
Here’s a closer look at one of the sweet cardstock stickers. The weight of these stickers is perfect.
Here’s one last look at my completed layout. I used my Pazzles and the software to create my layout.

Today I am sharing a card I recently created for the Pazzles Craft Room.
Here’s a look at my completed card. The finished size is 5.5 x 5.5. I started with a black cardstock base. I then cut a white cardstock mat and then used some patterned papers from the Silver Foil Craft Smith Company.
Here is a side view of the card.
Here is the mat of the heart vine. I cut it out in plain black cardstock.
I then used some pearlized white paint and painted the mat. I left it purposely streaky for additional effect.
Here’s what the heart looked like before I put it on the card. I created the heart vine cut file exclusively for the Pazzles Craft Room.
Here’s a closer look at the banner. I stamped it with a retired stamp and then used some dimensional glue dots so that I could put the banner over the heart. I added some crystal gems to the flowers and on the ends of the banner.

I missed last week’s faith journal post, so I want to catch up this week by sharing week 3 and then tomorrow I will share week 4.
So for week 3, the 15th through the 21st, our scripture reading was Hebrews 11. This truly is one of my all time favorite passages. It is filled with such hope, inspiration and encouragement! Here is my art page.
Here’s a look at what I created for this week. I started with a base of patterned paper from the DCWV Butterfly Garden Stack. I used a couple different pages from the stack. I fussy cut the label and layered it onto the butterfly paper.
Here’s one of the other butterfly punches I used. I wanted a variety of butterflies.
Here’s a closer look at the digital image I made. I inked the edges of it to knock back the starkness of the white.
Here’s a closer look at the green butterfly. I used my Martha Stewart punch and then also used my Spectrum Noir Glitter pen to add a little sparkle.
