Cricut Cartridge Used: Easter 2010
Here is a view of the entire layout.

Here is a close up of the flowers, bunnies and grass.

This layout is what I call a “One Hit Wonder” …lol. That means I used only one cartridge for all the die cuts.

I did use my Gypsy to weld the grass together but if you don’t have the “G” you can always cut the grass out and just adhere them right next to each other.

The cartridge I used was the Easter 2010 cartridge. The scalloped CIRCLE, the flowers, the bunnies and the grass all came from that cartridge. The YELLOW background paper was punched with a Martha Stewart Punch Around Set. Lastly I added just a touch of RIBBON to the top and a dash of GLITTER to the flowers. Pretty simple layout.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to head over to the other blogs and enter the challenge!

Have a wonderfully crafty day,

Melin

This layout is what I call a One Hit Wonder…lol! It was made using my “E” and one cricut cartridge…the 3 Birds on Parade Cartridge. This is also what I call…STRAIGHT CRICUT…no Gypsy or Design Studio either. All the cuts to came from the 3 Birds cartridge…ALL of it :-)

Happy Birthday Madison–Sweet 16

Good morning crafting friends,

I was asked to do a guest post today at Madison’s Blog. This is in honor of her 16th birthday.

So here is my project that I created in honor of Madison’s birthday.
Cricut Madison Loves Volleyball-500j
http://www.mypapercrafting.com/2011/04/happy-birthday-madisonsweet-16.html
Here is a picture of the complete layout.

madison volleybear-350j
Here is a close up of the “Volleyball Bear”.  I created her with Madison in mind. Madison’s sport of choice is Volleyball. I created this layout with the colors of Madison’s school team. Usually my bears are a little shorter and a lot chunkier…lol. But this one needed to be taller and a lot more slender…lol Smile

So in honor of Madison’s Birthday, I would like to give anyone who uses their cutting machines and “cutting files” this FREE VOLLEYBALL N’ HEART Cutting file. I created it and it is available in the following formats: AI, DXF, EPS, GSD, KNK, MTC, SVG and WPC. So it should work with most cutters and the compatible software. It will be available until the end of the celebration, so snag it while you can :-)
