Totally Tags n' ATC's Stitching

Good morning crafty friends, Suzanne of Cricut Crafting Grammy. We are back on  Thursdays  to explore different themes, elements, techniques or embellishments.   This week we are using  Stitching  on our tags and ATC's.  There is no restriction on what tools  are used to create these tags or ATC's.    It could be a die cut machine, punches, stamps, etc.  The sky is the limit.  However if the Design Team uses Digis or SVG's they will be from Paper Crafting World.

As a side note, if you don't know what an ATC card is,
here is an interesting definition from Wikipedia.
Artist trading cards (or ATCs) are miniature works of art about the same size as modern trading cards baseball cards, or 212 by 312 inches (63 mm × 89 mm),[small enough to fit inside standard card-collector pockets, sleeves or sheets.[The ATC movement developed out of the mail art movement and has its origins in Switzerland. Cards are produced in various media, including dry media (pencils, pens, markers, etc.), wet media (watercolor, acrylic paints, etc.), paper media (in the form of collage, papercuts, found objects, etc.) or even metals or cloth. The cards are usually traded or exchanged.

I hope you will join us each Thursday here at My Paper Crafting for
Totally Tags n' ATC's.

Cartridge Showcase: Spring Cottage

Good morning crafty friends,
Welcome to another great Cricut Cartridge Showcase. This week designer Suzanne of Cricut Craftin' Grammy is sharing some FABULOUS creations from this great Spring cartridge- Spring Cottage.  Take it away Suzanne!

By looking at the cart images you might  think this isn't a great cartridge but the cuts are really cute and fun.  I love the cuts and it even includes a 3 D strawberry basket and strawberry.

This is a new card I made for the showcase using the bird, branch, window and window box.
Love the details on this little bird.  I put acetate between the window and background for the glass.

For my second new card I used the Fountain cut and added Stickles to the water and some little bee embellishments.

This is a ladder card I made using the gazebo and fence cuts.
I layered these cuts several times.
This double page layouts was made using a lot of different cuts from this cartridge.  The bird, the branch, the gazebo, fence, cottage and flowers.

This is the strawberry box which is embossed and put in a basket from Tags, Bags and More.
