Last Day To Enter Birthday Challenge-Free Digi Stamp

Plus I wanted to post a project I made with my first ever Peachy Keen Face! I recently purchased my first set of stamps from Peachy Keen. I wanted to have some for our challenge this week. I purchased the PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment. Here is what I made!

I was so excited with how well the face turned out! I must tell you, I consider myself to be EXCEPTIONALLY STAMP CHALLENGED!!!!  I really do have a hard time with them. So I was really gun-shy…But let me tell you, these little stamps worked so well! This was my third stamp. The first two were practice stamps on scratch paper. I couldn't believe how well I did right out of the gate! I created this little turtle digital stamp without a face so that I could use my PK Stamps.

Here is a close up of the turtle’s peachified face! I must say, I was so impressed with these little stamps! This card also fits into the Peachy Keen Blog’s Challenge of Monochromatic color scheme with this sketch layout.

Creative Cutter Design Team Love Bug Challenge

Good morning Friends,

I wanted to share my first project as a Creative Cutter Design Team Member.
Our challenge theme is Love Bug. Here is a view of my entire layout.

I created these adorable “Love Bug” bears for this layout.


Here is a close up of the boy bear love bug.

Here is a close up of the little girl bear love bug.
I added some stickled swirls to their wings and their hearts.

 
Here is a close up shot of the border and title.

• I inked the hearts and added some more stickles to the letters. 
• I used pop dots to add dimension.
• I also “Faux” stitched a white zig zag stitch on the blue border.
• I did also add some wire swirls and tiny foam hearts. I wrote “My Sweet” in the middle of the tiny pink heart with my fuchsia fine tip sharpie.
• I used and EK Success border punch for the white heart and swirl punch.
