Foiled Paper Flowers In Watering Can

Hello crafty friends,
Today I am over on the Rinea blog and sharing this adorable little watering can filled with some spring time flowers.
I found this watering can and decided I wanted to fill it with some flowers.

To create the flowers, I used a punch from my stash and punched out several flowers from some Blush Glossy FoilTurquoise Glossy Foil and Lavender Glossy Foil papers.

I poked holes in the centers of the flowers and then used some sturdy floral wire and hot glue to attach them to the wire.

I gathered up the petals and then gently rolled and curled them. The beauty of this paper is that it keeps the shape very easily!

Here is a view of several of them. I purposely tried to shape them each a bit differently so they would have a little bit of individual look to them.

I freehand cut some leaves from some Jade Starstruck Foiled Paper and attached them to the wires. I used a little bubble wrap to fill the can and placed the flowers in there. I then used some more of the Jade Starstruck Foiled Paper to add to the base.

Here's a closer look at the flowers. To finish it off, I added a little bow to the handle.

Here is one last look at the finished project. I think it turned out so cute and springy!
