Happy March crafty friends!
Today is my day to share over on the Robin’s Nest Blog. Here is my project!
I created this cheerful friendship card! The card is an A2 size white top folding base. I then used some Bazzill Bling (Petty Cash) for a mat. The patterned paper is from Doodlebug Easter Paper Pad.
I started by creating the starburst die cut with my Pazzles craft cutter. I made it the right size so I
could use some of my Robin’s Nest Diamond Drops to edge it. I then used a circle of Bazzill Purple Palisades cardstock and added some lavender dew drops around the edge.
Next, I added a layer of white cardstock that is scalloped and then a final circle of white cardstock.
I used my Pebbles Chalks to add the soft clouds and the bottom “grass” to my circle. The flowers
are from the Cheapo Dies Love Wreath Die. I simply cut them apart and then colored them in
with my Copics. I added a color coordinating dew drop in the center of each flower.
I then used a couple of the rectangle scalloped stitched dies from Cheapo Dies and cut out the
sentiment I created.
I added some pretty purple twine from the doodle twine bright assortment and a bow to break up the mats.
Here is one last look at the finished card. I love all the bright colors of the diamond drops and dew
drops! Be sure to head over to the Robin’s Nest shop and pick some up for your next craft project!
You will love them! They are the perfect accent for your projects!
