So glad you stopped by today! Whew…..June was an absolute blur!!! And honestly so was the first part of July! Oh My! In case you didn’t know, I am now a proud Fun Stampers Journey Coach! I dove in at the beginning of the year and honestly had to wrap up some other stuff so I could give this a real go! So you are going to be seeing some great projects in the coming months featuring this fabulous range of stamps, dies, papers and embellies! So today I am sharing a quick and easy card that you can create in a snap!
This fun card is a standard A2 size. I started with a base of black licorice cardstock. I then created a plain white mat from some whip cream cardstock. The bold and pretty patterned paper is from the project me prints paper pack. I then created the fun scalloped border and cut it out of some whip cream cardstock. I then cut a couple of thin strips of black licorice cardstock.

The focal point of the card features the beautiful stamped image from the Sentimental Prints Stamp Set. I stamped the rose image with my Watermelon Fusion Ink. I then used some pearl embellishments to dress it up. You can get some like these by purchasing the pearl adhesive backed stickers. They come in 3 sizes! Finally, I stamped the sentiment with my black licorice ink on some whip cream cardstock. I used my corner rounder to round the edges and some foam squares to give it a little lift. That’s it! Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy!! I PROMISE…. I will get my act together and share the little scalloped border cut file with you very soon!
