Fun Stamper’s Journey You’re A Star Card

Hello crafty friends,
Hope your weekend is off to a great start! Today I am sharing a card I created using some products from the Fun Stampers Journey product line. They are having a 35% off sale some of their products through tomorrow ONLY!!!

Here’s a look at my finished card. I used some Kraft Cardstock for the base. The finished size of my card is a standard A2 size.

You can see the base red piece is stamped using one of the background stamps (on sale for 35% off). I used some red ink a shade darker to get the tone on tone look.  I then used some star dies from the star die set and cut out various sizes in Kraft Cardstock and red cardstock.

I used some dies from the banner die set and cut out a couple in Kraft Cardstock and one in red cardstock. I also used the You’re A Star stamp set to stamp the red star and the sentiment. I used some Journey glitter dust and some glue to add a dot of sparkle to each of the dots on the stamped star.

I also used some Natural Journey thread to add a little extra embellishment to the card. You can see that I also used some foam squares to add some dimension to the various layers.

Here’s a shot of the inside of the card. I added a couple of stars and it is ready for a personal note.
