Trophy Shaped Cards With Print N’ Cut Images
Hello crafty friends,
Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend. Today I am sharing another set of fun cards that are perfect for giving your top star students to celebrate their scholastic achievements for the year. Everyone loves shaped cards, so I thought a trophy shape would be great! I made a “boy” version and a “girl” version.
Here is the boy version. I used some fun printed paper from the DCWV Edumacation stack. I cut the shape out in a gold colored cardstock. I then cut the stop from the DCWV paper.
Here’s a closer look at the blue ribbon. I used my Big Top stamp set and my black ink pad for the You’re the Tops sentiment. You can also see the gold stars up close. I inked their edges with some Golden Terracotta ink. I also used some Golden Rod Stickles for the centers.
Here’s a look at the card opened.
Here’s a closer look at the Great job banner. I used some white cardstock and then stamped it with some black ink. I then colored the letters in with my various Shin Han Markers.
Here’s a closer look at the base. I used some brown cardstock and my wood embossing folder to add some texture to it.
Here’s a view of the girl version. I used all the same supplies except I used the cute little girl QT Patootie with Award Digital Printable set. I used my Pazzles inspiration Vue for with my printer and did the print n’ cut feature. I did add a touch of diamond stickles to her tennis shoe laces.
Here’s just a closer look at the cute little print n’ cut cutie.
