Good morning crafty friends,
Happy Saturday (Sabbath)! I hope you are enjoying your day of rest and doing some fun crafting! In many parts of the country it is pretty hot, so your crafting studio is the perfect place to be!!  I have some projects to share so let’s get started!

I made these pretty little flowers by cutting out the flower shape that comes in the cutting file set. I cut them in two sizes in plain white cardstock and then sponged some Tuscan Sun Glimmer Mist onto them . This makes them nice and pliable. Once they are almost dry, you can shape them how you want. I have a picture tutorial of a similar flower technique HERE

I used the Loopy Swirl Card Cutting File set from PaperCraftingWorld.com. Saturday is newsletter day and if you subscribe, then you better check your email as this little gem is this week’s subscriber only freebie. And if that weren't enough…the pretty Just Because sentiment is a part of the free digi set from yesterday’s post.

Here’s a closer look. I printed out the black and white (line art) version of the stamp and then colored it in with my shimmery pastel chalks in the creamy orange and slate colors. I used a versa marker pen  for the flower lines. I finished it off by adding some stickles to the “baby’s breath-type” branches and some liquid pearls in the flower centers and the scattered dots.
