Today we would like to announce the winners of Challenge #98- Card Outreach.  There are 7 winners today.  In our book, everyone this week was a winner for taking the time to make a card for 9 year old Olivia.  So everyone who submitted a card to this challenge will receive their choice of an individual digi stamp or cutting file from Papercraftingworld.com   Here is a list of the winners and the cards they created for Olivia.
