Challenge #55 & Our BIG Announcement!

Happy Wednesday and welcome to Cooking With Cricut!  Our challenge this week was to incorporate a cake, cupcake and/or teddy bear into our projects this week.  Yep, it's a three-fer -- today is "Bring-Teddy-Bear-to-Work-Day," October 17th is National Cake Decorating Day and October 18th is Chocolate Cupcake Day!

And now for our BIG announcement!  Drum roll, please ....................................

Cooking With Cricut is thrilled to announce the addition of NINETEEN new Design Team members!  And we are also thrilled to welcome back SEVEN of our Senior Design Team! 

We want to take a moment to thank all of you who applied for the Design Team. It was a hard choice with so many talented designers. Please don't be discouraged if you weren't selected this time around. We look forward to hearing from you again when the next call comes around.

and Cupcake Wrappers cartridges for this yummy Baby Shower cake and cupcakes.

Jill created a cake gift box and card using the Sweet Tooth,
Jubilee and Imagine More Cards cartridges.

Kemma created her sweet cupcake card using the
Gypsy Wanderings and Best of 2006 cartridges.

Larelyn used the American Alphabet cartridge for this delicious card.

Linda created this adorable card using the Sesame Street
and Storybook cartridges.

Madison used the Stand & Salute, Create-A-Critter and Everyday Paper Dolls cartridges to create this special birthday card for her brother serving in the Navy.

Nita used a Paper Crafting World digi stamp and the Sweet Treats
cartridge for this precious easel card.

Melin used some SVG files from PaperCraftingWorld.com and her Cricut
to create this adorable two page layout.

  2. Guess my comment where I mentioned that my mixed breed Hound dog was waiting for the news had an affect on this since my dog's name is Teddy Bear. Yes, Teddy was his name when we adopted him and we added the Bear part. Wonderful DT creations.
