Good morning friends,
Here is a post I did for this past Tuesday’s “Talk Time Tuesday” at Creative Cutter Room .
Go HERE
to the direct post at Creative Cutter Room (CCR) and leave a comment for your chance to win this lovely stamp from Basic Grey.
Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day. I am sharing a project I made and a quick tip video on how to create the “Dahlia” Fan Fold Paper folding flower.
Please “bear” with me as I am new to videos and still trying to feel my way around things.
Here is the project I created
http://www.mypapercrafting.com/2011/02/talk-time-tuesday-tip-acrylic-stamp.html
I used the Ornamental Iron, Songbird and George and Basic Shapes Cartridges with my “E” and “G” to create this layout.
The title: Treasure was from Songbird and I used my “G” to weld it together.
The Iron gate and Iron sign hanger-element was from Ornamental Iron
The “Dahlia” paper fold is what the video is on. I used G&BS to create the 8 circles needed to create the flower. Lastly I used an MS punch for the black half circles and then some red jewels.
Here is a close up of the “Dahlia” fan folded flower.
Now be sure to head over to CCR and leave a comment on that blog
