Good morning everyone,
So glad to have you here today! Today is a special day…it is Day #13 of our 25 Days of Cricut (Crafting) holiday fun AND it is the first day of the super fun : Fantabulous Cricut Holiday Crawl (hop)! The Designers have been super busy creating all sorts of wonderful holiday decorations for your enjoyment! If you have come from Lori’s blog from the hop you are going in the right direction!
Today’s Project is something I created to participate in the crawl as well as continue to offer you some wonderful crafting inspiration! So let’s get right to it!
This is an 18x18 wall canvas that I made to decorate my otherwise very bare living room walls :-) Everything (except the ribbon) is Paper :-) Gotta love that paper!
I used some old Basic Grey paper to cover the canvas and then created the Poinsettia flowers and flourishes and bells. I cut the letters from my computer as well. The Lacey Circle is from the PAPER LACE Cartridge and then I finished it off with the Reason for the Season Digi Stamp.
Here is a close up of the poinsettia’s I made. I used a poinsettia file I created and gave away a few days back. I glimmer misted them and inked their edges. With the white ones, they look “dirty” in the photo, but that is actually gold paint. They are really pretty in person. I finished them off with some Champagne Stickles in the centers.
NOW FOR MY BLOG CANDY!
I am giving away a 1 year subscription to
The Bug Magazine!!!!
