This cutting file set includes the finished printables you see for the Eagle with Sparkler and the Fun on The Fourth Title. You can print them out and cut them or even use them for digital projects.

Now for my second freebie. I have recently started creating files using the Cricut Design Space software. The label will list which cartridge if any you need to use to use the cut. You will need the Cricut Design Space software in conjunction with the Explore machine.

Masculine Birthday Card & Freebie

Hello crafty friends,
Hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share something that was a “first” for me. I created this card for my son’s birthday. The “first” about this is that I created it completely in Photoshop. Yep that’s right call in Photoshop. What I mean by that, is all the elements and the “patterned papers”are all Photoshop elements. I cut some of the various pieces out to give them some dimension. This is what you would call a “hybrid” project. Part digital and part physical.

Here’s a look at the completed card. The finished size is a 5 x 6.5. I started with a black cardstock base in that size.

I then printed out the ‘'”patterned paper base” and also print and then cut out the HB element as well as well as the tab element out.  I added some dimensional tape under both elements to give them a little lift.

Like many crafters, I tend to struggle with creating “masculine” cards, but thought this a good compromise. I chose the Octagon shape because my son loves his car…lol.

In honor of my beloved son’s birthday, I decided to share this as a freebie. In order to get it you will have to head over to the new facebook group I created and ask to join. Once you join, you will see the link to go ahead and download it.

I have included the separate pngs as well as a pdf that you can print right off and hand cut. The pdf is measured for a finished 5 x 6.5 card base. So you will just have to cut a piece of cardstock in that size (10 x 6.5 folded in half).

Be sure to come back by tomorrow as I share what one of his gifts were that I created. Have a wonderfully crafty day.
